Blue Cheese And Carmelized Shallot Dip

NOTES : Makes about two cups, serve with potato chips and/or fresh veggie dippers.

1 Tbl Vegetable Oil
1? Cups Shallots (4 Oz), Thinly Sliced
? Cup Mayonnaise
? Cup Sour Cream
4 Oz Blue Cheese, Room Temperature
