4 Small Tomatoes, peeled
1 Small Onion
2 Garlic clove
2 Tbl Oil, vegetable
3/4 Cup Chicken broth
1 Tsp Salt
2 Small California Chilies
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/2 Tsp Cloves, ground
8 California Chilies, roast & peel
6 Oz Monterey Jack Cheese
Oil, for frying
4 Eggs, separated
3/4 Cup Flour, all purpose
Tomato Sauce: Combine tomatoes, onion and garlic in blender or food processor; puree. Heat oil in a medium saucepan, add tomato mixture. Cook 10
