NOTES : Fairly cheap, easy and doesn't take a lot of effort to prepare. At the same time it's not too high in calories or fat, has lots of fiber and protein and tastes good. The sodium could be reduced by using your own spices instead of using the prepared taco seasoning mix too.
1 Lb Lean Ground Beef
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Can Corn (15? Oz), Undrained
1 Can Diced Tomatoes (10 Oz)
1 Can Pinto Beans (15 Oz), Undrained
1 Env Taco Seasoning (1? Oz), Undrained
1 Can Tomato Soup (10? Oz)
