NOTES : The original recipe called for green peppers but I modified it because I like the taste of red peppers better (at least they're ripe).
6 Red Peppers
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Cream
3/4 Cup Chopped Onion
2 Tbl Olive Oil
2 Lb Hamburger
1/4 Cup Scallions
Salt To Taste
2 Cups Water
Blanch peppers, cut off tops and finely chop as much of the tops as possible. Combine bread crumbs and cream and let soak. Cook onions in oil until tender. Combine all ingredients and stuff
