1 1/2 Lb Ground Beef
2 Lb Potatoes, Scrubbed And Slices 1/4" Thick
1/2 Large Onion, Sliced
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper, Fresh Ground
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
1/2 Cup Hot Water
1 Can Tomatoes (14 Oz), Undrained, Cut Up
1/2 Tbl Chopped Parsley
In a dutch oven, layer half the meat, potatoes and onion. Sprinkle with half of the salt and pepper. Repeat. Dissolve bouillon in water; pour over all. Top with tomatoes. Cover and cook over medium heat for 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are
