Pizza Dough With Beer

5 Servings

NOTES : Makes A Thin Crispy Crust. Makes 2-12in. Thin; 1 Thick;16 Rolls; 16 Pretzels

1 Cup Beer
1 Tbl Butter
2 Tbl Sugar
1 Tbl Salt
2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Pkg Dry Yeast (2 Tbl)

Add all ingredients in order as listed into bread machine; select "dough" setting. Push start. Set oven at 400-450 degrees preheated with pizza stone. Bake until browned around the edges and bubbly.
