Chicken Cordon Bleu

6 Chicken Breasts, Boned & Skinned
6 Slices Ham (1 Oz Ea)
2 Cup Swiss Cheese, Grated
1 Egg
1 1/2 Tsp Cooking Oil
1 Tbl Water
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
----- Sauce -----
1 Can Pineapple (14 Oz), Crushed
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbl Lemon Juice
1 Tbl Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Sherry
4 Tbl Butter
